One of the characteristic sights in Waco is a large yard filled with bales of cotton ready for shipment, the city being among the important cotton centers of the country. Here are the finest facilities for storing the product, and the receipts for a season equal about 150,000 bales., ... warm healthy peaches are ripe, that is the early crop.
