Recto: O'Brien's Restaurant, on Waverly Hill, Waverly, New York; Verso: O'Brien's is the only restaurant in the North employing Tuskegee Institute students on a part-time basis. These students alternate three months of practical work at O'Brien's and three months of study as Tuskegee. In this way they acquire an experience in the restaurant field which could not be secured in any other way.
