Description / Abstract:
Recto: 5--Dorothy Hall, Guest House, Tuskegee Institute, Alabama, 9A507-N; Verso: Dorothy Hall Industrial Building for girls was erected in 1899 as a gift from the Phelps Stokes family. It was equipped to give instruction in trades to girls. Later it was converted into a house, consisting of 37 modernly equipped bedrooms of which 18 have private bath, to accomodate the hundreds of guests visiting Tuskegee Institute yearly, Genuine Curteich-Chicago C.T.
