Year 'round apartment hotel on the Gulf of Mexico. 24 ultra modern apartments with hot water, heat, picture windows, Bendix washers, tile tub and shower, all electric kitchen, Simmons furniture, daily maid service, switch-board service--patio--shuffleboard. Four people accommodated in each apt. Selected clientele. Overnite, week, month or season. Dowling Hotel Inc. operated. Postcard. Place one cent stamp here. 8B-H144.
