My Old Kentucky Home, state shrine near Bardstown, Kentucky was originally the home of John Towan, noted Kentucky orator and statesman. It was here that Stephen Collins Foster is reputed to have written the now immortal melody My Old Kentucky Home. P21910. Post card. Put stamp here.
