Recto: Charleston, S.C.--potato shipping, Brannen Truck Farm; Verso: Master Ruben Edwards. Westhampton Beach. Long Island, N.Y. Made in Germany. 202804. The Brannen Truck Farm--Shipping two car loads of potatoes daily. The farm consists of 200 acres, is located in St. Andrews Parish, on the bank of the Ashley River about one mile from the city. Post card. Charleston Feb 6 5 PM S.C. 11. Address only to be here. U.S. postage one cent. This part may be used for correspondence. This is just to show you how plenty potatoes are down here. Some of the farms they call plantations. They call time are miles long and the colored woman have the men just do the easy work, they shift stew. I rode out once to see them. They are miles from here. Tell your mother I went to see. He does baby it is a fire good baby. I expect it she heard defone this. Aunt Grace. It is warm and lots of roses in shoves likes it is in farms wuith us. I hope you are getting on fine in school now when one to yours halties & monsters and all the back to & yourself
