Records of the 2nd Kansas Colored Infantry Regiment - Volunteer enlistment form signed by George Wallace of Madison County, Georgia, at Fort Smith, Arkansas. They were apparently mustered into the 2nd Kansas Infantry Regiment, which became the 83rd Colored Infantry Regiment on December 13, 1864
