Mason in memory of her grandfather, former Governor John A. Andrew of Massachusetts. Erected in 1913. Left wing--clinical unit added in 1930. Right wing--Infantile Paralysis unit made possible by the National Foundation for Infantile Paralysis, Inc. Dedicated in January 1941, Genuine Curteich-Chicago C.T. American Art Post Card (Reg. U.S. Pat. Off.), Post Card, Place one cent stamp here
