- Recto: The old slave house, built 1834; Verso: V-145, The old slave house, Junction, Illinois. This old mansion has been standing in the original state for over 140 years. See the Lincoln room, the breeding room and the cells where kidnapped slaves were confined. All give one a glimpse of the historic past.
