Recto: Cotton field near Orangeburg, S.C.; Nov. 24th, '06. Your letters of 20th , 21st and 22nd all here. Will answer detail when with you. I know that I will be with you and fairness again in three days (not three weeks) is consoling through innermost heart. I really feel moved in leaving the good people and our work here--the Lonthem people are simply grand-, still there is no place ilke home, sweet home. You don't know, dear, how much I miss you and our darling and Dorothy. Three days more. W.L.Jr. Cotillion Friday evening was swell! Andrea!!! Fr. day's letter was best of all. Many thanks.
